  • Clearly mention the RA number on the package

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe delivery
  • The return address will be shared in your RA email

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refund Mode: Original payment method
  • Processing Time: Up to 10 business days after approval

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

6. Final Sale Items

All panties, lingerie, and intimate wear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene standards.
